HODSON RETURNS: Goaltender Jamie Hodson has returned to Greensboro for his second stint with the ECHL Generals, after being reassigned Tuesday by St. John's of the AHL.

Hodson was 9-4-1 with a 2.43 goals against average last year as Daniel Berthiaume's backup. He won eight games last year in the AHL and was an emergency backup for the NHL Toronto Maple Leafs for three games.

The Generals, who are host to the Gwinnett (Ga.) Gladiators on Thursday, released backup goalie Martin Kresac.
